Dailycieux - MVP Launch in 5 Weeks
Launched a personalized wellness platform MVP in 5 weeks, helping the founders raise their first round.
The Challenge
Dailycieux’s founders had strong domain expertise in wellness and nutrition but no technical background. They’d talked to 5 agencies, all quoting 4-6 months and €80K+. With only 4 months of runway left, they couldn’t afford a long build cycle.
Our Approach
We applied our standard MVP sprint methodology:
- Week 1: Design Sprint - User flows, database schema, API architecture, and design system setup
- Weeks 2-4: Build - Core features (onboarding quiz, AI personalization, program delivery, Stripe subscriptions)
- Week 5: Polish & Launch - Performance optimization, analytics, bug fixes, and production deployment
Key technical decisions:
- AI Personalization: OpenAI embeddings to match users with relevant wellness content
- Subscription Model: Stripe with free trial → paid conversion flow
- Content CMS: Custom admin panel for the team to manage programs without code
Results
The MVP launched on schedule at week 5. Within the first month, 1,200 users signed up (500 converting to paid). The founders used the live product and early metrics to raise a €500K seed round from health-focused VCs.

Seed round raised
Valentin shipped in 5 weeks what agencies quoted us 6 months for. The quality was better too. We used the product to raise our seed round—investors loved the technical foundation.
